Online via Zoom. Learn how to cope and relax with mindfulness and meditation. If you have been meditating a long time or you have never tried mindfulness and meditation, this program is for you! Come and see how learning these skills can help lower your stress levels! All registrants will be sent an email with Zoom meeting access information the day before the program.
