Brazilian BBQ came from the same roots that American BBQ did: the cowboys were generally poor. In Brazil, this led to cooking skewered meats slowly over open fires. The meat was then sliced off the skewer and served with various sauces and condiments. Join BBQ master, Brian Collins to learn all about it and then to sample some of the most popular dishes of this style of cooking which is called churrasco. As accompaniments, he'll also serve farofa (which is a grits-like dish made from toasted manioc meal), garlic collard greens, and more!
Nonrefundable Fee: $8 check, money order or credit/debit card.
