Event Details

Dave Morrison, a retired LIRR branch line manager and railroad historian, will discuss the history of the LIRR with emphasis on the Montauk Branch.  The station building at Sayville, which was opened in 1905, still serves LIRR customers and is featured on the cover of Morrison's book: Long Island Rail Road - Montauk Branch.
