Is it science or is it magic? You decide. Join us to try out a whole bunch of science experiments. Watch and then work with an adult to do these experiments at home using items you already have around the house. **Video will be available to view any time after initial posting.

Suggested Materials List

  • Law of Motion: glass cup/jar, cardboard, coin
  • Polymer Chains: ziplock bag, sharpened pencil, water 
  • Suction: glass cup/jar, water, index card, cardboard, computer paper 
  • Paper Walk Through: computer paper, pen, scissors 
  • Refraction: glass cup/jar, water, index card, pen/markers 
  • Balloon Fill: Empty disposable water bottle, balloon, 1 tbsp baking soda, 5 tbsp vinegar 
  • Dye Milk: whole milk, food coloring, dish soap, q-tip, paper plate 
  • Skittles: paper plate, water, skittles
