Chef Naela from Naela's Mediterranean Kitchen will demonstrate how to make Middle Eastern carrot and lentil soup with a dukka mild spice blend. It will be served a with zaatar and olive oil bread and a middle eastern salad, followed by layali lubnan semolina dessert with rose water and simple syrup.
