Students will get an overview of the resources offered at Response. The program focuses on the local hotline and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline including reasons people call, logistical information and confidentiality. Students will then discuss barriers to reaching out for help including cognitive distortions. We will also explore ways to cope with stress, and how to be resilient through those barriers.
