The Sun River Health Mobile Outreach Bus will be here to conduct Diabetes screening, rapid A1C testing, and can connect you with healthcare professionals regardless of your ability to pay. A registered nurse will be on board in addition to registered dieticians! If you are newly diagnosed with Diabetes, have had it a long time, or wonder if you might be at risk, now is the day to get screened! Stop by, walk-ins welcome!
