February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month (TDVAM). Join L.I. Against Domestic Violence (LIADV) in a three part youth education series which covers Teen Dating Violence, Consent, and Cyber Abuse. These presentations utilize age-appropriate content and are specifically designed for youth, using a combination of videos, lecture-style slides, and interactive activities to start discussions about consent, boundaries, and healthy relationships. Each week is meant to build on what was learned previously and each has its own registration. Please consider signing up for all three (Thursdays: February 3, 10, & 17). Community Service hours will be given for each workshop.

Today's Presentation: Teen Dating Violence: This introductory workshop explores the dynamics of teen dating violence by using engaging activities and short videos to promote a discussion about healthy and unhealthy relationships. The training reviews the different forms of abuse, warning signs, and LIADV’s services.
