Author of thirteen cookbooks, including Teatime in Ireland, Johnson weaves tea history and Titanic lore into a formal three-course menu that includes sandwiches and savories, scones and tea breads, and decadent sweets, many based on period recipes. A sparkling beverage is served along with tea. Ms. Johnson’s cookbooks will be available for sale and signing as well, For a festive touch, Bring your own teacup and saucer.
