Event Details
Certified Yoga Teacher, Diane Aronsen, will introduce you to the breathing techniques and series of postures that make up yoga. Yoga can be an effective method for reducing stress, and toning your body. All abilities are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.
Fee: $20 check, money order (payable to Sayville Library) or credit card. Registration is limited to Sayville Library cardholders for the first week of registration.
