Workout with Joy Walker in this basic weight training and body toning class. Chairs are used for upper and lower body work--don't have weights? Use soup cans or water bottles!
Fee: $20 check, money order (payable to Sayville Library) or credit card. Registration is limited to Sayville Library cardholders for the first week of registration.
